If you are unhappy with anything you have purchased on our website, You may do the following:

Customers can contact us through support@airozoom.com and prepare to physically return the product within 30 days of purchase. Product will need to be shipped back in the original packaging to the address provided. It is the customers responsibility that there are no damages to the product during use or during shipping. We will initiate a refund after proper inspection of the product and charge a 25% restocking fees. If there are any damages a higher restocking fee will be charged. No returns will be accepted, beyond 30 days
